These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by SameerSolx (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services — including our APIs, platform, and website — you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the SameerSolx platform — including but not limited to initiating a transaction, using our APIs, registering as a merchant, or browsing our website — you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Definitions
Platform: The digital infrastructure and APIs operated by SameerSolx for delivering business and payment services.
User: Any individual or entity using the SameerSolx platform, including merchants and customers.
Merchant: A registered business or individual using our API or platform services.
Customer: End users who interact with a merchant and whose transactions are processed via SameerSolx.
Services: All offerings provided by SameerSolx, including but not limited to API integration, transaction processing, and the merchant dashboard.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or interacting with the platform.
Users must not use SameerSolx services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities.
Merchants are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, financial regulations, and service guidelines.
Platform Responsibilities
SameerSolx will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and secure data transmission.
The platform will support transaction routing, live status updates, and refunds in accordance with our policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SameerSolx is not liable for:
Merchant product/service failures or disputes;
Failures by third parties (banks, mobile wallets, etc.);
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question or PKR 10,000 — whichever is lower.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
Force Majeure
SameerSolx will not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, power failures, or government actions.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan. All legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
Amendments
These Terms may be updated or modified at our discretion. Users will be notified of changes via email or platform notices. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
