Permitted Use

API access is granted strictly for legitimate and approved business operations, as defined during your onboarding process.

Fair Usage

Each API key is subject to predefined TPS (Transactions Per Second) and daily quota limits. Any form of abuse, bypassing, or manipulation of these limits is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use SameerSolx APIs for any of the following:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or unlawful purposes

• Unauthorized data scraping, spamming, or overloading the platform

• Redirecting payments to unapproved or unrelated third-party accounts

Security Responsibilities

Merchants are solely responsible for securing their API keys. Any suspected compromise or unauthorized access must be reported to SameerSolx immediately.

Suspension or Termination

SameerSolx reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or permanently revoke your API access at any time for policy violations, misuse, or abuse — with or without prior notice.

Audit Rights

We retain the right to audit API usage logs and related activity to ensure compliance, security, and platform integrity.
