  • Customer Name

  • Customer Phone Number

Note: Sub-merchants may collect additional customer data (e.g., CNIC, email, address, transaction history). SameerSolx does not collect, store, or process such additional data. Customers should refer to the sub-merchant’s privacy policy for details on how that data is handled.

Purpose of Data Collection

We collect limited information strictly for:

  • Enabling and operating our API services used by sub-merchants

  • Maintaining transaction integrity, platform security, and operational continuity

  • Communicating with sub-merchants about API performance, misuse, or security incidents

We do not use any customer data for marketing, profiling, or resale purposes.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information. Limited data (name and phone number) may be shared only under the following conditions:

  • Legal Requirements: To comply with laws, regulations, court orders, or government agency requests

  • Service Providers: With secure infrastructure or cybersecurity partners bound by confidentiality agreements

  • Compliance & Audits: As needed to protect our systems or meet regulatory obligations

Sub-merchants are expected to independently ensure lawful handling of their customer data.

  • Deletion of their data (subject to legal retention requirements)

To make such requests, users can contact us via the information below. For other data collected by sub-merchants, users must contact those merchants directly.

Sub-Merchant Obligations

Sub-merchants using SameerSolx APIs must:

  • Handle customer data lawfully under relevant data protection laws (e.g., PECA 2016, GDPR)

  • Maintain their own privacy policy

  • Clearly disclose data practices to customers

  • Implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse

SameerSolx reserves the right to suspend or terminate API access for non-compliance with these obligations.

Data Retention

We retain only minimal customer data for as long as necessary to:

  • Fulfill the purpose for which it was collected

  • Meet legal, tax, or contractual obligations

  • Investigate misuse, fraud, or security incidents

Once the retention period ends, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
